LabVIEW Runtime Engine "LVRTE2016_f5Patchstd"

Hello guys, I need help. so I installed the default LabView software called JUAMI. In the instructions this software will run fine if I install NIVISA1700full and
LVRTE2016_f5Patchstd. I've got the NIVISA1700full file on the instrument's website but I can't get the LVRTE2016_f5Patchstd which is only LVRTE2016_f7Patchstd. Is it the same file? then I tried to find LVRTE2016_f5Patchstd in NI Update Service and only found Labview 2016f5 instead of LabView Runtime Engine this "LVRTE2016_f5Patchstd". The same question is Labview 2016f5 the same as LVRTE2016_f5Patchstd? If it's different how can I get the LVRTE2016_f5Patchstd file?

Patches roll up early patches so Fu will include f5

That was supposed to be F7,  the phone keypad is trying to tell me to put on my glasses.
