Roman,
Check in LabVIEW on your development machine what you have under Tools>>Options>>VI Server:Exported VI's. There should be a checkmark * and Allow access selected. Make sure you review the "Using LabVIEW with TestStand Document".
I'm not sure how you check to make sure the VI server is working on the target. I thought a quick search on the subject would yield something but it didn't. I don't have time at the moment to look further.

Hello,
sorry for late reply. You have to build a source distribution including the report generation VIs. Let me now if you are not able to build the distribution.

Hello Ruediger,
thank you very much for your post! I found that out today too! After I was told from NI to try building an Installation with the "Deployment Tool" from TestStand, I found out that this tool was simply copying the VIs out of the Report Generation Toolkit LLB-Files. And after a lot of trying and copying I also found this one: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/644C66077212FC218625760F004C6733
Now it is work partially, there are still some VIs missing (like "Excel_Quit.vi"). I only have the "_Excel Dynamic VIs.vi" included in the Project, I think that I have to include all of the files from the "..\addons\_office\" folder. What do you think?
Kind regards, Roman

Hi,
I would include the NIReport.llb folder.

Hi Ruediger,
I tried to include the NIReport-File, but there are still some VIs missing. I simply copy them by myself into the support folder and everything works fine! Thank you very much for you help!
