LabVIEW and (C++)Qt Client Host Communication with TCP/IP

Hello,

I am assigned with a LabVIEW project and I am totally new to that.  I hope someone can give me some hints about the project that I have.
The project is to connect two computers to each other. One having the LabVIEW as the host and the other having a piece of Qt code as the client. The client and host are going to be connected via TCP/IP protocol. As far as I checked both Qt and LabVIEW are having nice utilities to make this project and supposedly it shouldn't has to be a hard task.
I know, I didn't specifically expresse my problem with the task! But the problem is exactly that! I don't know how to begin and tackle the project.

Can someone give me a hint? Thank you very much.

Best regards

To get you started from the LV side, check the examples that ship with LV. There are examples showing how to make TCP connections.

To get started quickly it might be also a good idea to attend one or more LabVIEW training classes. There are also good books about LabVIEW available.
