Wanted to follow up on this issue. It turns out by substantially reducing the maximum Z bound of the intensity graph (in my case by a factor of 1000) results in the LabVIEW and Vision 2D FFTs to match up pretty well. So do not autoscale Z! It took us this long to get it but we finally did (I think). Thanks Gavin.
