I can see that the post is quit old therefore I can only hope that you are able to compile your code.
In such cases where the compile cloud is unavailable it is due to the cloud being under maintenance. This usually lasts approximately 24 hours at most.
The best thing I suggest to do is either to compile locally or to wait until the cloud is available once again.
