LabVIEW2020 downloading error

Hello team, 

i am having this issue while i try to download LabVIEW2020, when the package manager gets to that point, the downloading gets stucked, what should i do?

I'm guessing that you opened NIPM, selected LabVIEW and possibly some Modules and Toolkits, selected Device Drivers, and accepted many of the Additional Features.  This is a recipe for Many Errors (and has been since NIPM was released).

Try again.  On the first Pass, choose only LabVIEW.  Do not choose any Device Drivers (you'll have to "unselect" them).  Do not choose any Additional Features.  With luck, this will work.

Do several more passes, installing only what you need for now.  If you are just getting started with LabVIEW, skip most of the Modules and Toolkits (the VI Package Manager is OK), accept DAQmx and VISA as Drivers (but you probably do not need NI 488.2), and take few, if any, Additional Features.  This stands a 70% chance of being successful (my estimation).

It seems to be finally downloaded but i can't find the program anywhere,  am i skipping any important step? what should i do in this case?, i also have installed the 2018 version, any conflict between them?
