Don't put the PC running LabVIEW inside this refridgerator!
What does LabVIEW (a program) have to do with a refridgerator? Wouldn't °C be more appropriate?
So the real question is What do you want to do? Don't get hung up on How will I do this, but What do you want to do. If you are controlling hardware, and are interested in learning about a laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench to help you do this, then LabVIEW might be something to consider (hint -- find three mentions of LabVIEW in this sentence).
