LabView windows minimizing and resizing while programming

So I thought about it some and remembered last week our computers automatically installed a Windows upgrade.  Everything went wonky the day after the upgrade, so I guess Windows is the culprit.  That's the only thing that has changed.  Curse you, William Gates!
