初歩的で恐縮ですが・・・

現在、Labviewバージョン2013を使用しているのですが、最新のバージョンにアップデートすることは可能でしょうか。

もしくは、バージョン2016でもいいのですが・・・

教えて頂けますと幸いです。

Yes, you can update your LabVIEW version to latest version. Try to uninstall your current version any download it from NI Package manager or from web. Here are links to follow them.

After uninstalling the old version, go to this web page to download the latest version.
