Labview 15.0, loading

Hi,

I downloaded Labview 15.0 (student on Windows 10 OS. I used a couple times before with some difficulty loading it, but it worked... today, it does not start at all. Despite this is Windows 10, I do not believe the trouble is on Windows... Would you please help me?

What difficulties did you have before?  What might have changed to cause it not to work now?
