Having some problems with VISA. One the machine is not reading the com ports at all. I have a simple program that works on every other machine except the one I need it to. When I first started using this program everything worked fine and then while someone else was using it stopped. When the write to serial port was called the program would crash. I've tried uninstalling all of the visa programs and files and reinstalling them. As well as changing the visa32.dll file to something else and then reinstalling visa. When I run visa find resource the program either freezes or labview crashes altogether. I've tried everything else I can find on the forums and I'm out of ideas.
Thanks
Chris

Which version of VISA? If you open a blank VI and place a VISA Find Resource on the block diagram, then create an indicator to the Find List terminal and hit Run, does the array populate or is that when you see the crash? Also, in MAX, if you expand Devices and Interfaces » Serial & Parallel, do you see your COM port(s) listed here?
Could you list or attach screen shots of the particular errors you're receiving and when/where you receive them?
