Labview 2011 with Windows Server 2008 (not R2)

I have a customer that would like to run LV2011 on Windows Servier 2008 prior to the R2 release due to some licencing issues.

Since the WinSrv 2008 is based on Vista and LV2011 supports Vista, how come this OS isn't in the requirements for LV2011?

Anyone out there who knows?
