Hi all,
I am installing Labview 2013 (32-bit) on my 64-bit Windows 10 computer. Everything seems to work, except installing the Labview 2013 (32-bit) f2 patch. When I run the NI Update Service and try to install it, it seems like it downloads it correctly, but when verifying, I get the message
'NI Update Service encoutered an error validating the integritey of one of the selected updates'
This is only happening with the f2 patch. All other updates work fine. I have updated the NI Update Service, I have deleted the download and tried again, I have restarted the computer (obviously), etc, but nothing seems to work. This was true yesterday and today, so it doesn't seem to be a temporary problem with the NI servers or something like that.
Does anyone have an idea on what is going on here? And more importantly, how this can be fixed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Kind regards,
Wouter

Any resolution to this? I'm having the same problem 3 months later.

Try emptying your browser cache as well as deleting the file physically from your disk. Occasionally, the browser cache contains the corrupted download and will outsmart itself by using the cached version of the file when you request the same file to download, instead of actually downloading the file again.

Hello Wouter,
Could you please share your serial number?

Do you think it's wise to share a serial number in the general forum? Why would you need the serial number, anyway?

Hello Wouter,
My advice is to never share your LabVIEW serial number(s) on a public forum like this.
According to this document: https://www.ni.com/en-ca/support/documentation/compatibility/17/labview-and-microsoft-windows-compat...
LabVIEW 2013 is not compatible with Windows 10.
The earliest version of LabVIEW supported for Win10 is LV2015 SP1

I'm working through the LabVIEW main screen with "check for updates". I want to load a critical update (and I think last one) for this version.
My labview is activated with my serial number. NI website says it doesn't provide these updates unless you have a service plan. So the update is available on a server (although corrupt after downloaded and verified), the update program identifies the need for it, but you can't get it anymore unless you have a service plan? I called NI and was able to get a service request where they said they'd make it available on a ftp site. Haven't heard back in many days. Why not just fix the image on the server?

I use LabVIEW 2013 SP1 v13.0f2 (32-bit) on Win10 without problems.

I had an issue with a LV2014 patch a few years ago that refused to work until i deactivated the antivirus. Then Everything worked well.
