Labview 2017 SPI FPGA TOOLS SOFTWARE

Hi 

I have a USB which contains  XILINX COMPILATION TOOLS FOR ISE14.7.

When I try to install on PC (window10). It says does not support above windows 7.0.

Any idea how I can install this on my PC.

Setup a VM with Windows 7 and install it.
