Hey Labview experts / users, we met a data save synchronisation issue due to the upgrade of Labview from 2014 to 2018SP1 required by windows 10 (old windows7). As the new comer to Labview, we struggle to detect what could go wrong, so would need your help.
In our case, all VIs used are functioning in new environment as usual except that a series of images captured by camera won’t be wrote into the file created for it when the task is finished but until this specific VI is switched off.
Luckily, we find the imaging data are kept with correct time stamp, meaning the synchronisation itself works.
However, in reality, a large quantity of imaging data are required to be recorded before the VI could be switched off, which potentially cause RAM shortage.
Besides the VI itself, we enclosed a list of NI packages we installed (Windows 10 version 21H2). Maybe there is a conflict/compatibility issue already between different modules. Many thanks in advance! Let us know if any more VIs or helpful version information we could provide.
