I would suggest posting this question to the LabVIEW General group, if you haven't already. A lot more people frequent that group and you have a much better chance of someone else having used that hardware there.
You can search the
NIDZ Instrument Driver Network or Keithley's web site for information on a driver for this device. If it is a newer device, it is unlikely there would be a driver saved in such an old version of LabVIEW.
