Labview 8.5 crashes when launched

Hi, I just installed Labview 8.5 on my macbook pro (OS 10.5.4). the application crashes every time I try to run it. I've tried removing the program and reinstalling it but nothing works.

Hi,

When you say that the application crashes everytime you try to run it, do you mean that LabVIEW crashes everytime you open LabVIEW or everytime you run an executable that you created with LabVIEW?  If it crashes when you open LabVIEW, how much time passes before it crashes?  Are you able to open a blank VI before it crashes?

Also, if you have LabVIEW 8.5.1, it would be worth trying to install it on your computer.  This release of LabVIEW includes the latest bug fixes, although this is not likely the problem.
