Labview 8.6 slow launch

Labview 8.6 launches really slow 10+ minutes

previously, it launched in less than a minute, when the machine was connected to the internet

now the machine is not connected to the internet or to an internal network.

it appears that the application is looking for something that it finally gives up on and finally loads

Is there an option that i need to click to help Labview launch quickly

Have you having very less place in your c:? There have been some issue with 8.2
