Labview Database to users

Hello,
I am currently working on  a project which i have to create a  login interface (username and password).
So i need to use my own database which it contains users and password to add ,edit or delete users with LabVIEW

How many users do you expect to have?

Do you need to have encryption?

Do you need to be able to access the database remotely?

What sort of permissions are you trying to control?

im expecting to have about 20 users..;in fact the project is about users management that can be hundled only by the administrator and the display is remotely
