Labview Development System crashing

I work at a college's IT department and have Labview licensed using our VLM and install it using a VLI. Recently renewed the license on the server for both Labview and the Circuit Design Suite, Multisim and Utilboard are both working fine and connecting with the sever but when I try to open labview on our classroom PCs now I am getting an error:

LabVIEW 24.3.2f2 Development System has stopped working

This is preventing anyone from using the software. Troubleshooting steps I have taken include uninstalling and reinstalling labview and all NI products a few different times with no changes. I even tried installing Labview through the Package Manager instead of the VLI but that made no difference either. Windows version is Windows 10 enterprise 22H2, the PCs are up to date and each time I made sure that everything in the NI Package Manager was fully updated. A lot of these PCs have had older versions of NI Labview in the past but I made sure to scrub anything related to those out of the windows file system. Only thing I haven't messed with yet is going through the registry for old references but I'd like to avoid that if I can.

Anyone know what's causing this error?

Did you check the Windows Event viewer to see if any events were logged at the time of the crashes?  I have sometimes found an event there that coincides with a crash.

LabVIEW will sometimes also leave crash logs in "C:\Users\<username>\Documents\LabVIEW Data\LVInternalReports\LabVIEW\<version number>".  If you look in there you sometimes find zip files, which sometimes have text log files in them that may point to certain files as possible crash sources.

I wasn't able to find anything in the Labview data folders related to the crashs, Window Event Viewer does pop up an error related to Labview's Framework: 'The process was terminated due to an internal error in the .NET Runtime at IP 00007FFB889DCC99 (00007FFB88970000) with exit code 80131506.'

And one for the Labview application: Faulting application name: LabVIEW.exe, version: 24.3.2.4002, time stamp: 0x66f40261
Faulting module name: clr.dll, version: 4.8.9282.0, time stamp: 0x66e8bd22

Faulting package full name:
Faulting package-relative application ID:

I have .net framework up to date on these PCs so I am unsure what's failing here, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both .Net Framework and Labview again but that did not fix the issue. I re-imaged 1 PC to have a fresh start and test. This let's Labview open without crashing but now it won't get the license from our VLS anymore so I need to do more troubleshooting to figure out why that is.

Thank you for the advice!
