When I start my Computer in the morning I have noticed the the project is immediately showing changes without the ability to revert.
The registers and memory items in my FPGA target disappear, all of them.
Will I have to re-create the registers every morning? How can I prevent this from happning? My project is in my C Drive. What can I do to prevent this?
The only clue LabVIEW leaves behind is the FIFOs which do not disappear but are corrupted regardless.
Possible reason(s):
LabVIEW FPGA: An internal software error in the LabVIEW FPGA Module has occurred. Please contact National Instruments technical support at ni.com/support.

Obviously, this is something NI needs to investigate, but maybe you could provide a bit more detail in the meantime.
Good luck!

Edit: Do you know of anyway of repairing the file? I can see the Registers in the .lvproj when I open up the file in notepad, but I cannot see them when I open up the file in labview. this should be the biggest clue as to what is going on.
getting this, when I try to upload the project file directly so I have attached it as a zip.
