I'm a new user with little to no software experience with Labview and Analog Discovery 2. I'm looking for a .vi or .dwf3script to perform the attached flowchart.

There is no VI that does this, you'll have to make it.

Where do you get stuck?

Your post is so general, you will only get general answers. Like:

+ Use a State Machine, or a Producer/Consumer, or a State Pattern, or Actor Framework (etc., etc.)

+ Do the (free) courses
