Labview can't connect OPC Server

Hİ everyone my deveploment pc works properly its run without any problem I can write and read data from opc,but deployment pc I checked Quick Client and opc server works properly but when I started the exe After deploying the library with the I/O Server, variables return no known value at DSC, I don't know what I missed everythings works fine.

I am waiting your's valuable comments.

I checked the event wiever and when I started the exe event wiever gives error ralated with NI variable engine

Description of Event ID 0 in NI Variable Engine cannot be found. The component that started this event is not installed on your local computer, or the installation is corrupted. You can install the component on the local computer or repair it if it is installed. If the event was started from another computer, the display information should have been recorded with the event.
