Labview device driver cd error at install

I keep getting a ini file error everytime I try to install the device driver cd. The screen shot is attached

Developer Error. The following errors were found in your ini file:

1.Missing Key: [MsiEngine] Win9xPath

2.Specified file not found

3Missing key

4Specified file not found

5 missing key

Looks like my ini file on the copy of the cd is bad. I opened it and it was garbage. Could anyone attach a copy of their ini file on the Device drivers cd?

I don't have the ini file for the device driver, but you can download the drivers on the device driver CD from ni.com. Please let me know if you have trouble finding anything. Have a great day!
