Labview fails to open a vi - (0xC0000006) at EIP=0x7401D1FE

Labview 2020 32bit fails to open a big sized vi file and shows error code (0xC0000006) at EIP=0x7401D1FE.

Please help me solving that, I do not have the time to restart the project from scratch.
