Labview interface for an AFM (Atomic Force Microscope)

I'm using LabVIEW 6.0 with a PCI-6035E multifunction DAQ boards and a SCB-68. I have built a controller for AFM (Atomic Force Microscope) and now I am trying to design an interface that can provide 5V (with option of triangular or sine wave) to drive the controller. The Function generator I am using is a Hewlett Packard 3314A. I looked for an instrument drive but could not get something. Is there a VI example that allows me to connect my instrument drive interface to the SCB 68 so I can wire my controller input directly to the channel of the SCB 68 that provide the signal I want. Your help will be appreciated.

You can find the instrument driver for your 3314A here. You will need a GPIB interface to programmatically control the function generator. Why can't you just use the 6035E to generate an analog output for the controller? Wire the controller input directly to the SCB-68.
