Labview makerhub for Nest thermostat

Hi,

I am trying to set the target temperature of Next as the value it read. But Nest Vi is only in read mode. Do you know how to set target temperature that can read from other sources (ambient temperature) and write into it? Hope it can clarify the needs. I'll attach the front panel below.
