Labview SP11 cannot be opened in the guest account. Tried changing settings in the system registry but in vain.

Actually, I think that this is not possible.
Take a look at this document: LabVIEW Release Notes. Check the "Note" at the bottom of the page 2.

It will be opened in admin only..I tried this...Its not at all initiates. Isn't it?

When I hover over your link, there is an odd character at the end right after .pdf.

I noticed this when I went to the error page.
The strange thing is that, when I hover my link and yours, the URL is equal.
Maybe Google Chrome is ignoring the useless characters at the end.
