See this image. This is IE8.
What is weird is that the symbol is not selectable. But I can Backspace to delete it when the cursor shows up to the LEFT of this symbol. I couldn't select and copy it so I can try to figure out what its hex value is.
But when I checked my internet history, it showed up as http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/371778g.pdf%E2%80%8E I have no idea what E2 80 8E is supposed to represent.

Wow, that's an odd character 😄
Maybe the cause of this, is that I've copied the link directly from google search page (below the title, such as: [PDF] LabVIEW Release Notes).
What is REALLY odd, is that when I created the hyperlink, the URL was "normal", without the character at the end.

thank you everyone for the help. as the release notes says i cnt open it in the guest account..
