The problem I was asking here has been solved.
Before posting here, I asked about which was the best way of working with 2 libraries developped on Labview 7.1 and modifying them in 8.6. They advised me to take the files out of the libraries and doing that I got the "fatal internal error". Replying to that solution, I mentioned the mistake, but initially I didn't pay to much attention to it. Then I changed my mind, and I started to look for information regarding that. Iit was then, when I posted the question here.
Now I have received a message in the previous thread and it works. I give you the link just in case you have the same problem.
