Hi
We have some software we use to diagnose machinery - i've tried to install it on my computer but its missing the Labview Run-Tine Engine
I click yes to download it which takes me to a package installer, and then i get another error coming up saying it cannot be found?
can someone point me into the right direction for where to find this engine? will i need to purchase it?
screenshots attached
thank you

You can download the runtime engine here. It is completely free.
You need to select version 2020 and also make sure it is the correct bitness (32bit vs 64bit).
Did the program come with an installer? Does it need any drivers? Thy could have included all requirements, including the correct runtime engine with the installer to make life easier for everybody. What does the software do? Does it use any additional modules, such as vision? What kind of measurement hardware does it use?
(Who wrote the software? Are they still in business? If they just gave you an executable, that would not be very professional)

Do you have external instruments? For the communication i'd wager you need NI Serial (if it's RS232 or RS485)
