Labview support USB3.0?

We wanna to use NI-VISA for data transfer, does NI-VISA already support usb3.0 for high speed data transfer

I think the problem is actually "is my device VISA-capable?"  So we should probably start with "what is it that you want to communicate with?"

I have used USB3.0 to communicate with a Tektronix Oscilloscope using VISA.  So, yes, it is compatible.  But, as Bilko stated, it is more of a question of the device you are trying to communicate with using the correct USB device protocol.
