Replying here with some speculation. I was recently working on a project requiring me to build an application for both Windows 7 32-bit and Windows 10 64-bit (not a fun task...).
Anyway, while looking at the application on the windows 7 PC, I noticed that the app windows on that OS actually do have a border around the whole window - by design. On the other hand, windows 10 apps do not have a border that surrounds the whole window. This leads me to wonder if this could be the source of the bug! Perhaps the window bounds are being set as if there is a windows 7 border around the application, when on windows 10 there is no such border - thus resulting in a gap around the window!
Is there a surefire way to make sure that NI sees this?
