Hello,
please, what was the last perpetual license of LabVIEW?
Do you know about some "used goods market" where perpetual licenses can be purchased?

NI changed to subscription licenses only at the start of 2022. They did sell at least the Base package for several years as subscription option, besides selling the other packages still as a perpetual license. Around December 2021 you could suddenly buy subscriptions of all packages and on January 1, 2022 the perpetual license option went away. The only people who could still have a perpetual LabVIEW license later than 2021, would be people who bought a perpetual LabVIEW license with a 1 to 3 year long maintenance support contract before January 1, 2022. But once that maintenance contract ends, they will have to decide if they want to stop using newer LabVIEW versions or move to the subscription model.

Yes but Debug license is not meant for development as it’s name indicates and Deploy is the Runtime license which you only have for certain Toolkits and Drivers, not LabVIEW itself.
