Latest Package Manager Installer fails

I am trying to install a free trial of Labview.

When I tried to install the package manager as a precursor step, it failed the following error message:

An error occurred while installing a package: ni-package-manager-released-feed (18.5.0.49153-0+f1)

Additional error information:

Unknown root name: ni-paths-NIPMDIR_32or64

It looks like this is an issue with the most recent version of NIPM. We are investigating internally but for now, you can get around this behavior by installing NI Package Manager 18.5 from this download, and then running your other installer again.
