Least destructive way to add parameters to Build Text Express VI?

Hello,

I'm finding it very frustrating to add a parameter to an existing "Build Text" VI.

As soon as I add a %parameter% to the list of preexisting parameters, the wiring of my block diagram gets mangled. Also the order of the parameters seems to be non-deterministic.

Anyone experience this and have suggestions?

Use Format into String 🙂
