Hi,
I'm using this forum since a couple of years and I'm now using the code/llb/VIs that I found in my applications.
I'm wondering what is the license for such piece of code?
Is there any generic license to use?
I've LabVIEW2012 PDS and create executables based on these VIs.
For instance :

Thanks in advance for your support,

When you registered for the forums you accepted an agreement "Terms Of Use". Essentially, everything up here is treated a free source.

"Free source" but "only for your personal, non-commercial use" ?

"nothing on the Site shall be construed as conferring any license or right under copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. "
I interpret that as free to use.

Hi Yamaeda,
Thanks for your feedback, I'm still not sure if I can use, integrate and distribute applications using code found on this site, even if provide as examples or demo purpose.
Terms of use are not so clear, even if everyone seems going your way (and I'd like too).
thanks & BR,
Bim

Read the TOS. We're not lawyers, so we cannot interpret it for you without opening ourselves up to lawsuits. If you have questions, either direct them to NI or directly to the user that posted the code of interest.

Hi Billko,
I understand your position, I'm currently doing parallel requests to the developer of the code and to NI.
Thanks for your support,
