Licensing PPLs

I'm aware of tools from NI to get licensing on EXE's and lvlib's. But I've never been able to find ones for licensing PPL's in the same way lvlib's are done. Has anyone achieved this, or know of a way?

I need a solution for this as well.  Why don't we have support for licensing in PPLs?  Come on NI, you can do it!
