Light current

Hi all, I need to change the IL (light source) [see attachment], it is not directly connected to the substract. In fact IL is a function of ( light intensity, the material, & efficiency). We should consider it at 1kw/m2. Please consider silicon type of material. How can this be done. Can you write the example for me. Thanks in advance.
