I'm writing a Global Localization program using my Kinect and for testing porposes I want to make a Vector Map of my room and check if I can localize myself using Depth information. I wish to know if there is possible to create a 2D Vector Map or load a 2D Vector Map made in AutoCad or any similar program in Labview. I need to use distances to the walls so a regular Floor Map is not very useful.
