I'm assuming you're now using a differnent machine to host the deployable VI, right?

If so, did you see similar behavior on the development machine using the deployable VI?

 

Also, what kind of accelerometers are you using and what kind of signals do you see when you actually shake the sensors when monitoring on the deployment machine?

Yes, Im using a different machine to deploy the installer. I do NOT see similar behavior to the development machine... The development machine seems to run the deployable VI correctly which leads me to believe its an issue with dependancies... ... 

 

The accelerometers are 3 axis and when shaking, the graphs show the G's increase on the y-axis... the x-axis has time...

I don't know if it would be an issue with dependecies because usually that would cause a VI not to run at all.  Considering you are still seeing data from the accelarometers on the deployment machine, I would guess that you built the installer correctly.  It could possibly be a calibration related issue.  Can you give more details about the way you made your installer?  Thanks
