Looking for on line datalogging of Hydraulic crimmping by acoustic sensor

Am a solution provider for m/c tool manufacturers and am looking for a datalogging H/W & S/W for acoustic measurement at the time of components failure, if at all occurs.

The db range max. 80 to be as per the m/c std.

We can dedicate a PC for this purpose.

Kindly suggest that this is a most important parameter to be measured & solution is a must to make m/c complete.
