If anyone has anything that will talk to these instruments serially, I would be ecstatic. They're relatively simple, but I figured I'd try to see if it's been done already.
For the 647B try using the analog inputs and skip the serial interface altogether. Send it a voltage from one of your analog outputs corisponding to the amount of gas you want. Far simpler than traying to talk to the thing. good luck...
for this type controller i have 2 ch. 12 bit adc board with 16 digital output that work on serial port. you can aquir analog data from eny instruments and can controls 16 relay on serial port with labview. if you want circuit diadrams for it i can help you. Thanks Rajendra Singh loadcell@sify.com
