Losing virtual channels on NI Max

Hello all,

I am having some problems with NI Max which I can't identify. I am
using LV 7 and I also have a 6013, 6014 and 6601 card in my PC.
I am using NI-Max 3.0.2.3005 and NI-DAQ 7.1.0f1
Once in a while, NI-Max will lose all my virtual channels and will
swap device numbers for Device 1 and Device 3.
Not sure what could be causing this, so does anyone know what this
problem is or what could be causing it?

Dear David,

one of my customers has the same problem. He detected that it occurs
when the PC was powered off before it was shutting down. I'm not sure
if the program itself was running too.
