MAX can't detect TPC-2106T

not sure if it's the right place for posting this but i had to ask this

I have TPC-2106T touch panel and want MAX to detec it but it won't for some reason

i have the touch panel module installed and the touch panel is correctly connected to the network which my computer is connected as well

MAX can detect my compactrio but it can't detect touch panel..

Does anyone have any clue??

TPCs are not detected in MAX. They don't have the same software on them as the NI PACs.

then what do i do to use it with labview?
