MAX problem after install LV8.5

Hi  all,
I have a problem in my PC after install LV8.5.
Pls refer to the attacgment, The problem is I can' t start MAX and some using GPIB Interface program are fail.
My PC original was Win 2000 with LV7.1. It's no problem before.
But after install 8.5, Problem occur.
 
Please help to solve the problem.

Hai,

Search this forum with the keyword - "Memory Could not be written".

You can find lot of solutions. Post if further help needed.

Thanks for your support.

By after searching the support document of "Memory could not be written", most documents not talk my problem.
And most messages are about the LabVIEW not MAX(Measurement & Automation Explorer)

Anyway thanks for your help

Could you please give some more detailed answers for these....
 
1) At what instant you are getting that error you have attached - When u opened MAX?
2) What GPIB interface you are using?
3) Try re-installing MAX and do a system restart.

Thank you for your help.
 
1. first when start windows, it prompts NIMAX error as same the first message attachement. Also, I start max it also shows error 'KB-42HG08DD" -- MAX connection database error. I have tried to fix follow the steps in the KB, But not fixed.
 
2.PCI  Card, I found out that only some of program using the GPIB are fail.
 
3.I have tried re-install MAX and update the MAX to latest version. It doesn;t work.

Robert,

You mentioned this problem began occuring when you upgraded LabVIEW.  Did you also upgrade your driver software?

First of all, Mathan suggested KBs I have reviewed and tried. The problems are the same.
Second, In install LV8.5 , I also install drivers that pack with the LV8.5.

Hi Robert,

What GPIB instrument are you using? Is it a third party device? Also, which suggestions did you try in the connection error KnowledgeBase?
