MAX shows my TCP/IP Interface, but no communication's with Labview

thanks for you all  

i tried all your answers but i found a strange response as :

 

-i tried the same way and code to another instrument and it workes well 

 

-and i tried my tegam 1830a with another program called < fluke metcal > and it works well with it

 

 

 

 

 

 

*** so what could be the problem ???????????????????????????????????

Where are the answers to my basic questions? One additional question is what is the IP of your pc?

i'm sorry not answering your quastions......

but , i did all you mentioned in your first post more than one time and for more than one instrument and no error faced me for these steps 

 

my pc ip is    " 62.117.58.134"

You still have not answered my questions and I have read your posts. Please assign an IP on the same subnet and connect the instrument directly to the pc as a test. Verify that the instrument is not configured for DNS.

i did  your steps and the instrument didn't recognised for  DNS
