MODBUS for ethernet

Hello,

I want to connect voltage scanner to my PC via ethernet by using MODBUS protocol. I have LabVIEW 8.2 professional on my PC. NI MODBUS library for 8.2 is already installed. Can some one let me know that is there any tutorial to do this? (I found one tutorial on NI site but it is for serial communication and not for Ethernet). Thanks.
