Do you mean that LabVIEW is used to design test systems and cannot simulate MOSFET devices?

 

LabVIEW is a programming language like C, C++, Python etc., it is not a circuit simulation software like Simulink or PSPICE etc.,

Please ask for a detailed description of the task from whoever assigned you the task.
