MathScript for loop causes VI compile error

I can comment out the loop and the VI will compile. This also occurs with while loops. The rest of the MathScript code doesn't cause an issue. I can run the MathScript examples but if I add a loop the VI will not compile. I'm running LabVIEW 2009 SP1 with MathScript on an XP machine. I have a support ticket on this but I was wondering if anyone has seen this.

I found this but it didn't help.

Hi kph,

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the module to see if that helps at all.  I know this isn't the best solution, but I've seen some issues fixed by doing this.

I have also come across the same error with for loops, but while loops do not cause the error.

I fixed my issue by unstalling LabVIEW and MathScript RT and then reinstalling. Make sure that both are 2009 SP1.

KPH,

Thanks! That did it. I didn't realize that there was a separate SP1 for the Mathscript Module.
